About Supervision

As a qualified supervisor and experienced humanistic, TA trained counsellor, I offer individual and group supervision to therapists at all stages of their professional journey. My approach is rooted in warmth, collaboration, and respect. I aim to create a reflective, relational space where supervisees feel supported, ethically grounded, and encouraged to grow in both confidence and competence.

I see supervision as a space of mutual learning – a professional relationship where we can explore client work, process personal dynamics, and reflect on the emotional impact of the work. I offer a balance of support and challenge, and hold the belief that supervision thrives when all parties feel safe enough to bring vulnerability, uncertainty, and curiosity into the room.

At the heart of my supervision practice is a deep commitment to the values of empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard. I offer a calm, non-judgmental presence and strive to foster a culture of openness, trust and shared accountability. Supervisees tell me they value the space to reflect honestly, explore ethical questions, and make sense of what they’re experiencing – both in their client work and within themselves.

I believe effective supervision helps counsellors maintain ethical clarity, develop their own voice, and stay connected to the values that first brought them into the profession. It also offers an important restorative function – a place to pause, recharge and reflect, particularly when the work feels emotionally demanding.

Whether you're newly qualified, in training, or an experienced therapist seeking fresh perspective, I offer supervision that is relational, thoughtful, and responsive to your unique needs and way of working.
